Help! I can't seem to customize the automatic welcome message using the flatfile enrollment. I've tried to edit the Language Pack and it is not working.
The message that is being sent is the default self-enrollment message:
Welcome to **** Training!
If you have not done so already, you should edit your profile page so that we can learn more about you: (link to their profile).
I've tried changing this in the Language Customizations > enroll > enroll_flatfile and also in enroll_self-enroll.
I am purging caches?
