Game module on 2.3: Snakes and ladders

We discovered and installed the marvellous game module - thanks for this!

Everything works fine exept the snakes and ladders game. Here the game piece (a red star) is stuck at the bottom of the game board no matter what you do. The questions appear and the dice rolls when they are answered, but the red star doesn't move anywhere.

It's the same regardless of the browser (IE/Chrome/Firefox)

Is this a 2.3 problem or are we doing something wrong?

I am using 2.3.2, and the red star moves on my site (when the correct answer is chosen).  Are you sure you are using the latest verion of the game module?

Thanks a lot, Rob. It seems that we were using an outdated version of the game module by error, but we can't find a newer one. Can you tell us where to find the latest version of the game module? Would this be it? https://github.com/bdaloukas/moodle-mod_game/tree/MOODLE_20_STABLE Our moodle version is '2.3.2 (Build: 20120910)'; Best regards Barfuss

Well, bad news, I'm afraid sad. My sysadm says: "It is the same game version as the one we have installed." We have tested on 3 computers and on all 3 computers the red star is just stuck. And as I wrote we have tested in 3 different browsers. So it seems to be a problem on the server. Does anyone have any idea about what could be wrong? And does any one else have this problem? I see that this problem was reported as a bug here: http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/CONTRIB-3795. Maybe it is not entirely fixed? Best regards Barfuss

Do you use question bank, glossary or quiz for the questions?

There is a new version at https://moodle.org/plugins/view.php?plugin=mod_game. May solve your problem.

When you play the game as a teacher at the left there is a link named "Show answers". There you can find the correct answers of questions.
