Resource types

We're trying to get this added to the MyFiles block, so that MyFiles would show up in the HTML editor along with course files directory.

MyFiles already lets teachers and students have a central, sharable files directory, but right now you'd have to share the file to the course, then copy the url for the file to use it in resource, journal, etc.

Once we get the folder showing up in the editor, then it would be a simple click to add files from all over the site.

We're trying to find time or funding to get this done, but you could try MyFiles with the more roundabout method discussed above for now.
