The Windows 2.4dev (beta) is now working perfectly, but the 2.4dev (beta) Mac MAMP download of November 12th gives a" Fatal error: $CFG->dataroot is not configured properly, directory does not exist or is not accesible" ; because the data folder has a moodle23 folder instead of the moodle24 folder. Reported in tracker as MDL-36574.
