In Moodle 1.9 it seemed to work well that if I had a category called "Science" and then put a question in that category, all courses in that category could see the question and any pictures.
Now, I am having an issue where the other courses can see the questions, but the pictures aren't appearing to students in the other courses. The teacher of the other course can the picture though, so I am wondering if there is a permission I need to set?
I wasn't clear if this was a related thread https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=142086, but I am using Moodle 2.2 now and the issue is happening.
I should add that this to only be afflicting new questions I make, as question I created while I still had 1.9 are sharing the pictures correctly. The path for a picture that works is:
