I'm creating an HTML form at the moment for a block, however I am not and do not want to use the in-built Moodle Forms, for various reasons.
Now I currently have a section that is "contenteditable", but I think it would look a lot nicer if it used the editor that comes with Moodle.
I've been through the functions and classes for over an hour, trying to see exactly where the editor itself gets created when using the Moodle Forms 'editor' element, but for the life of me I can't seem to find it.
Is there a simple way of generating the editor, without having to build up a Moodle form class?
Or if that's not possible, is there a way to overwrite some of the attributes the Moodle form sets in the editor? For example specifcying the exact id without it adding "id_" at the beginning, and adding extra classes to the html element?
