Is there a simple way to use a picture in more than one quiz question. In 1.9 you could just navigate to it and find the picture.

Do you see the image in "Recent files."
Sadly, the way they decided to implement "Recent files" means that will not work.
Instead, the best bet is to upload these files to you "My private files" area, then you can easily add them in multiple places.
