◄ I install Moodle on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4,when I choose Chinese,the installton page become messy codes,but I install Moodle on Windows all is right,why?

Data Directory problems

I have tried installing moodle - created database, but still gets errors!

"The 'Data Directory' you specified could not be found or created. Either correct the path or create that directory manually."

Please help urgently
