Rocket 2.3 - hometopblocks empty

when using rocket it appears that the hometopblocks are not created in the script. I am also unable to move for example the "Logged in User" block up into the area next to the sitename (as per youtube video) of the rocket moodle demo

Same behaviour in IE, Chrome and Firefox

There is, at this moment in time, a problem moving blocks to custom block regions in Moodle 2.3. Miriam, Julian and myself have stopped working on themes for 2.3 because of this. We are waiting for work to be done which hopefully will fix this, and other related issues, in Moodle 2.4 which is due out soon.

I'm actually having to rewrite a bunch of themes so that Stuart can update our themes website to Moodle 2.4. sad Removing custom block areas from three of my themes.
