Hi,
I want students to submit the feedback for their n different teachers.
A student must be able to submit feedback for all his teachers(only the teachers to whom he his mapped).
I tried to do this by providing first question where student can select teacher.
But its not possible to give feedback more than once for single user.
For e.g. If I have a student having five differnt teachers. Then the student must be able to sumbit feedback only five times for five different teachers, if possible should not be allowed to submit twice for one teacher.
