I probably do not have the terminology right. Our HUB site offers up the courses to the remote sites. The users log into their remote site to access their local courses and the hub courses.
Yes, I enrolled a user in a hub course. Then logged in to the remote site as that user and attached to the hub course. Then logged out and back in as the admin of the remote site and went to the remote enrolments client interface and the user I had added to the hub course was no longer listed as enrolled. Logging in as the user did not do any good.
