I've played a little with the newest version of tcpdf, and its ability to load svg images, and it is much improved over previous versions. I have two questions:
1) Who would I nag to get the lastest version of tcpdf included in moodle?
2) Would anyone else like to see the certificate module support svg images for higher quality, all-vector certificates? I've already hacked some support in, but I could finish it up and offer a patch if it looks like it will work pretty good.
