Hi All,
I am new to moodle trying to develop a plugin for video assessment, where teacher will upload the video and tag the questions on particular sec. there will be different question types and video might be of any format.
When students view the video the question tagged by the teacher should appear on the particular sec teacher has tagged and it should take the student answer.
Is there any plugin already available or please suggest me something how to approach this.

it has worked very well for Audio
And we are trying out the poddll for Audio and Video Recording into Moodle
