If you use Moodle 1.9, you can get much better than flash cards ;) Unfortunately, Moodle 2.x's file API makes this stuff really difficult to move from one system to another. You're better off using an external file manager and sticking with W3C file format, data provision and portability standards.
The image alignment is HTML. In the img code just put align="right". The Glossary export is to save people time rather than have everyone manually and laboriously create a dictionary glossary from scratch. I guess I could try it in Moodle 2.3 and see if it exports nicely.
Learners can copy and paste the images from one page to another in the Moodle WYSIWYG editor: Ctrl+c (copy) then Ctrl+v (paste)
