Hi, its me again.

I have pinned the start Moodle shortcut to the task bar but I have also tried open it direct from the root folder.

The following messages appear when I try to start:

"Sorry but nothing to do.
XAMPP now starts as a console operation.
Instead of pressing Ctrl C in this console window please use XAMMP _stop.exe because it lets XAMPP end any current transactions and cleanup gracefully.

<os 10048>Only one usage of each socket address <protocol network address/port> is normally permitted.

:make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0.:80
no listening line available, shutting down
unable to open logs"

"APACHE and MYSQL are running

Run 'Stop Moodle.exe' in order to stop Moodle server"

I am also running into a problem when attempting to open "My Home".  I will not go into to much detail since others are posting this one.

My local "Windows moodle package" (downloaded from download.moodle.org, which came with xampplite) was working perfectly for a year now and suddenly I'm getting the same error message now. I suspect that it has something to do with the new Microsoft Security Monitor which might have disabled the port 80 or something. Did anyone run into similar situation and do you have any solutions (other than reinstalling the xampp). thanks!
