I would like to link a questionnaire to an activity (specifically a certificate- using the certificate plugin). I am using moodle 1.9, and by default there is no link-to option for the questionnaire. The course I'm creating is very simple and does not have any grades, but I would like to make completion of the end of course questionnaire a condition for showing the certificate, and preferrably directly link to it. One idea I have is to set "submission grade" for the questionnaire to "100" and then in the certificate settings, make "course grade, condition=yes, 100". I could then perhaps make a lesson that is "certificate gateway" with a simple "did you take the questionnaire" question, with a 100 score with yes answer, and a link to the certificate from there.
My questions are: 1. Will the above strategy work? 2. Is there a simpler way to accompish this (ie: make completion of the questionnaire the condition for showing the certificate, and link directly to it upon completion)?
