Hi Erika,
I have updated the report script in the HotPot module. You can get the new script from Moodle CVS repository or the Download -> Plugins page (search for "HotPot") at moodle.org.

Please arrange for the HotPot module to be updated on your site, and let me know if the reports look better to you now.
