Blackboard to moodle

Hi,

i want to go from blackboard 5 to moodle. Can somebody please give me instructions / suggestions for this. Any help is welcome. I did find some suggestion on going from blackboard 5.5 to moodle. But I want to go from blackboard 5 to moodle.

hi dear....
i dont know how to change from blackboard to moodle but if u want to install a fresh copy of moodle then only i can help u out....
i installed moodle on windows as well as linux fedora core 3 so if u want to know more abt this ur always welcome...

Hi Anjali

If you can get Blackboard to convert your courses back to SCORM packages you can then install moodle and unzip the courses into it. You should also be able to get gey the user data from Blackboard into some form of compressed file (zip etc) and re-install it into the mysql database for Moodle.
