Back to 1.9 Grades Background Colour

Hi

We would like to revert back to the Moodle 1.9 grade background colour, as shown within the first image below.

1.9 Version of grades

Currently, we use Moodle 2.3 which has this current grade colour format, which has formatted the text rather than the background forthe grades etc.

2.3 Version Background

Could someone point me in the direction where I can ammend the grades CSS to change back to Moodle 1.9 format?
