We recently upgraded our Moodle from 1.9 to 2.2 and then 2.3. An issue has cropped up wherein even though our tutor role permissions are set to allow access to certain resources they don't appear in practice in the reseources dropdown menu when tutors are editing a course. Only File and Label are selectable. As I said we have checked the permissions for the role and all the other resources such as URL seem to have been set to allow so we are a bit stuck. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
