I have a custom php script that take an ASCII text file, containing student enrollment and unenrollment records. Upon importing to Moodle, sometime un-enrollment for some students did not get un-enrolled - students are still enrolled in the course.
For example, i had text file with 41 un-enrolment records, but one student did not get un-enrolled. If I re-processed one student un-enrollment record, student was un-enrolled successfully.
I tried to see if I could recreate this sporadic issue by enrolling 31 students and then un-enrolled them. Both times the un-enrollment works fine in the test environment.
Any idea why?
We are on Linux running Moodle 2.2.3, upgraded recently from 1.9.
