Greetings -- I'm a univ faculty member located in the US, and have installed, maintained, and used Moodle for a variety of learning applications and find it to be well worth my time investment, certain pre-1.5 glitches notwithstanding. But I am moving to a small college that is considering Moodle alongside other packages for campuswide deployment in future, and one of their IT staff's main priorities is ready dialup support, for which they are used to paying quite a bit annually for WebCT (and are thus prepared to pay for e.g. Moodle). I know about the Moodle Partners program, but apparently most US support comes bundled with hosting, which we wouldn't need. If I could identify several viable dialup support options (optimally including referrals from satisfied clients), I am sure the IT staff would be much more interested in seriously considering Moodle.
