You can get it here https://github.com/daveyboond/moodle-mcq-report-only, but I warn you that I really don't know what I'm doing with Git, so it may not install from here as you expect. Safest bet is to download it manually and work out your own way to get the files into position. It's just a directory called mcq that goes into /mod/quiz/report.
Some day when I have the time (i.e. never!) I will upload this to the Moodle plugins repository.
