PayPal has recently changed their API requirements to include a HTTP 1.1 compliant script.
Specifically, the requirements are:

Merchants need to update their IPN and/or PDT scripts to use HTTP 1.1, and include the "Host: www.paypal.com" and "Connection: close" HTTP headers in the IPN and PDT scripts.
I am wondering if anyone knows whether or not this is the case in Moodle 2.3, or whether I should take steps to edit the API myself. I'm fairly comfortable with php, but having never worked on PayPal scripts, I'd rather not muck around with it if I can help it.
