Adding another wstemplate to my local plugin

I installed the local wstemplate example http://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversion.php?id=401 in my /local plugin directory and I changed the function hello world to do something else. I followed the instructions and got it working just fine in Moodle as a web service. Now, I'm trying to add a copy of this plugin to the /local directory so that I can change the function names and other descriptions.

I changed the directory name to wstemplate2. I changed some names from local_wstemplate_hello_world to local_wstemplate2_hello_world2, My service to My Service2, etc. Basically, trying to change whatever names I believed could make my plugin unique from the 1st one.

But after all this, I don't see it in the Notifications page. I also don't see it in the local plugins page. This plugin has all the same files as the first one. Is there something that I'm missing here?
