Hello
I have set this option in a moodle 2.3.1:
But all the pages are using https instead of http.
I would like to have only https for the login page because It is taking 5 seconds to load using a 56Mbps Download speed and 3.74Mbps upload speed
Does anybody knows how to solve this issue?
