I have searched the database and note that in 2007 - 2009 many moodlers were asking about this feature but I do not see anything that gives the impression this has been addressed and sorted.
Can anyone help me please? I would like to notify the teacher when a new student enrols in their program. How can this be done? Have I missed something obvious?
