How to hide moodle sub categories on the front page?
For eg:In the snapshot given below we need to hide sem1 and sem2 under the engineering field on the front page...How to do it?

I don't know what version of Moodle you are using, but you should be able to go to Settings > Site administration > Front page and change the Maximium Category Depth to suit your needs.
