I train apprentices and each apprentice commences training on a different day. They all do 30 units over a period of 4 years, but all at their own pace which makes tracking activities a nightmare. The sheduler module appears to be geared to deal with one on one students but I can not see how these activities are managed.
What I need is some sort of a project management software. Preferably something that integrates with Moodle. I should be able to make a course template which would include the 30 units and all the associated activities. I should be able to set the commencement date and the software should set all the deadlines for each activity as well as an alarm if deadlines are not met. Is anyone using something like this or has knowledge of software that can do this?
