Enrolment

We add users to courses using add users and a .csv file. During the first week of the semester we rerun the file to add students as they move around into different courses and different sections. What we have noticed is that with Moodle 2.2, the enrollment date changes each time to reflect the new date. Is there are way to set the enrollment date on the .csv file or, is there a way to set it for an entire course at once, ratehr than having to go in user by user and update the enroll date? Second, is there a way to batch out the students in the courses, so we can compare and pull out the students that have dropped the classes, again without having to go in and compare user by user?
