I'm developing a moodle based site to provide education to medical personnel operating in a clinical environment.
The site is focused on patient safety, so I would like to include a safety event reporting tool.
The feedback module seems ideal for this task. The user (student) answers a number of questions, then submits the report.
Is it possible to set up the feedback module so that any student can complete multiple feedback forms at different times, with each set of responses appearing as a unique record in the database?
So far when using my module in student mode, each completed response after the first seems to delete the previous set of responses from the same user.
