language problems, can't see options

moodle 2.0.1, I downloaded moodle from MoWes Portable, I try to change the default language from

<site administration/
   Advanced features/
      Language/
         language packs

but the page with languages packs doesn't appear, I can´t select the language packages.

I have already unziped the "es" and "es_mx" lang packages on the lang directory,

someone can tell me if I have configuration's problems or mowes has a bug or moodle has incompatibility problems.

or someone can tell me how can I resolve this problem?

No idea about MoWes, but can you switch debugging on to make your site give some more information about what goes wrong? Looks like half of the page is missing.

Hi Enrique,

On which "lang" directory? Language packs must be under the moodledata/lang directory.

It sure looks strange that the language lists (installed/available) aren't shown at the Language packs page.

As a side note, Moodle 2.0.1 is a very old version (even for learning). I would really recommend you to use 2.3.1 (just make sure you also install the minimum wamp component versions).
