I haven't seen this topic discussed in a while, so I have to ask, is anyone using SharePoint 2010 with Moodle 2? successfully? and if not, any comments on why?
Thanks

I would also be very interested in developments in this area. I looked at the new version of SharePoint recently. The name for the new version seems either to be SharePoint 2013 (corresponding to Office 2013) or SharePoint 15 or Office 365. At any rate I think Microsoft is putting a lot of effort into the new SharePoint/Office 365 and it would be great to access SharePoint documents from Moodle.
SkyDrive seems to be an intergral part of Office 365/SharePoint. There is a plug-in repository for SkyDrive now available and Moodle 2.4 should have it in the core. The Plug-In makes it possible to access SkyDrive files from only Microsoft Live Account. That's similar to the DropBox Repository and isn't really that helpful because each user should be able to access his/her own SkyDrive files.
Not so sure I follow the above comment about people not being ale to access his/her own files
After setting up skydrive plugin with my admin account in firefox, I then test as follows
Then
So both accessed their own live files area.
From what I recall, same happens with dropbox last time i checked
