I am brand new to moodle. I just got my moodle site set up and am the system admin. Once I create a new user, I can't seem to figure out how to assign that user to any role other than System Admin.
I want to be able to create users, and then allow them to create courses, without givign them full system admin access.
How can I accomplish that?
