Truth be told, I have never used "import" to copy an activity from one course to another. It seems to work by using the backup and restore functionality.
Looks like the restoration of files is not granular, so you either get *all* the course files from the source course, or none of them. In your case, I guess that you would be best selecting "No" course files, and then transfer the files manually yourself after the import of the QuizPort activity is complete.
