I have a quiz in my course called "Course Evaluation Survey" that I get a notification for each time it's completed. I'm trying to turn that off, but don't see where to do that. I tried following the instructions on http://docs.moodle.org/22/en/Quiz_submission_email_notification, but don't see that permission. Also, I would prefer to do it globally for all quizzes if possible rather than on a quiz-by-quiz basis.
I am using Moodle 2.2.
