2.3.1 Course Layout option not working for me in some themes

Working with a new upgrade to 2.3.1 as a trial.

I cannot get the new "Course Layout" to work in Course settings.

Tried: Chrom and Firefox, Five or six different themes, cleared cache, and it worked once (with non zero) and now won't work with that.

Tried themes at course level, and user themes.

No go.  Any suggestions?

Hmm, when you say that the course layout is not working, what exactly do you see? Perhaps you can post a screenshot of the course on the school demo site, as I've just checked it using Firefox and Chrome and found it working fine. (I added an extra screenshot to the documentation Course settings to illustrate how a course page using one section per page course layout looks.)
