I'm running BBB 0.81 and have the recordings all working only the dates do not appear in the recording table.
Any ideas?

My guess is that it is a version problem. Is that a 0.80beta2 or something?
There was a problem wth the dates that the BigBlueButton core developers fixed few months ago. Because even though the Plugin includes a patch to support previous version format, the suggestion is always to have the latest version. (that now is 0.8 stable), and also the BigBlueButton Activity Module 1.0.8 that currently is on its 2012070905 build.

This one hasn't been uploaded to the Moodle plugins database yet, but it has a couple of fixes, and one of them is related to the recordings by the way.

I have a same issue on both of my Moodle 2.2.4 and 2.3.1. I have updated to version 202100100. Bigbluebutton server is verion 0.80
Also - my desktop sharing is not recorded.

As we stated in the BigBlueButton release notes, what is recorded in 0.80 is the slides + audio + chat. See

In the version currently under development (0.81), we'll be also recording and playing back all webcams and all activity in the presentation area (mouse movement, pan/zoom, and whiteboard).
We're not yet to beta for 0.81, but working hard on getting there soon.
