I have a course that requires a $2 paypal payment to enrol. Users are automatically unenrolled after 1 year. They need to re-enroll (and pay $2) again to recertify each year.
I have a user that has reported (and I have verified) that when he clicks the course to re-enroll he gets the message, "You can not enrol yourself in this course."
I'm not sure if this is specific to his account or will start happening to all the users. I can't seem to find a setting that prevents re-enrolments but I'm probably missing something. Any ideas?
