We just updated from 1.9 to 2.3, and find that the emailnotifysubmission no longer seems to work when set to allow.
We have a number of tests that require manual marking when submitted, so have this override permission set to allow for teachers on these tests. We are getting notifications of submitted assignments, so the messaging is working. This is a settingin the assignment, though, and not a permission override.
Is there another permission in 2.3 that need to be set, or another way to be notfied for manual marking?
