We recently upgraded our moodle from 2.2.1 to moodle 2.3
After the upgrade we have activities in courses that we cannot edit. We get "storefilecannotread" exception.
The activity is viewable but cannot be edited. This issue occurs in different types of activities (Even course section content).
We looked at the mdl_files table and found out that a specific activity has a couple of files (exculding the '/' file) of which some are missing (Maybe old versions of the activity?).
Note that our backups are also failing because of this issue I guess the same as MDL-28346
