The link on the page http://moodle.org/course/view.php?id=5 goes to http://xref.moodle.org/nav.html?index.html which appears to be for Moodle 1.9. maybe needs updating or a new set of xrefs for 2.0, 2.1 etc etc created and linkied to. I find them useful and currently use http://xref.schoolsict.net/moodle/2.2/ though sometimes it appears to sweat a little.

Thanks for pointing out the out-of-date link. I've removed it from the Using Moodle course page, as it seems phpdocs.moodle.org is being used now, rather than xref (source MDLSITE-1842).
