I am developing Android App for Moodle. I am stuck @ designing Content download. I wonder that is there any API call which tells me that Moodle content has changed and its time to sync again. Iff it is not what would be the right strategy to Synch with moodle considering this in mind that i want all the data to be present in Android Phone so that user can go through even in offline mode.
