I cannot find any information on an error which continues to come up when students re-attempt their quizes (NoQuestionsFound). This error started occuring after we went from 2.2.3+ to 2.3
I have searched for hours and hours and have found no documentation on it. We also tried to upgrade to 2.3+ but that did not solve the problem.
Also, I am new to the forum so I am not sure if this sort of item is appropriate for this forum. Please point me in the right direction if needed. Thanks
