Importing html documents into book

Hi!

I cannot find options how to import html files into Book in 2.3 versions. And another question is how to change links in book that I have transfer from 1.9 versions? For instance I have css files in my files directory, but in 2.3 versions there is no possibility to access my files area. Any idea will be appreciated.

The only way I found to use CSS is to include a copy in each chapter or sectio of the book.  Ugly.  Multiple copies of the same CSS across a class.  But, it does work. There may be a better way.  I gave up on books shortly after.
