I posted this in the Backup and Restore thread as well. I'm wondering what's in your backup and db maintenance script?
it's easy to back up the whole Moodle database via a little bash script. how about the trimming down the data to make the performance of the db better?
for example the tables that are growing rapidly, how do you delete some of the data that are older than X days?
I want to know your inputs.
