I am developing for a moodle instance by screenscraping. Is there a page where i can get all unread posts instead of going ot each course then click forums?

I don't know, but you have a good idea. Might you consider adding it to the Moodle Tracker system. It might become another item in the "Advance Search" feature of Moodle.
