General developer forum

Hi,

i recognized a problem in the actual 1.5 dev downloaded this morning. If i choose a new theme like orangewhite everything seems to work fine, except when im recieving emails form the forum. Outlook presents me the following error:

Could not open /htc/csshover.htc

Too bad, cause i really liked the theme. Anyone knows, if this is a bug only occuring in the latest version?
