Using - Moodle 2.2.1+ (Build: 20120301) 

Hello

Please can someone refer me to the correct documentation on how to create a new language pack for Moodle. It will be based of a existing language.

I see there is another OLD thread about this referring to help documentation but i cannot find it. I have looked at the language documentation but also don't see anything in there.
