Does anyone know whether or not it's possible to access the questions in the question bank from within the lesson module? If not, how can I use custom made questions that I created in the Question bank (not imported) in my lessons? Thanks.

@Michael,
You cannot access the Moodle question bank directly from the Lesson module.
The only way to use questions from the question bank is to a) export them and b) import them into your Lesson. See the documentation here.

Of course, it should be possible, but people have been saying that since the days of Moodle 1.6, so don't get your hopes up.
